Chant 108 times daily during the activation period (40 days minimum), and 27 times daily thereafter.

When to invoke

If your kundali shows Surya (Sun) as a weak or afflicted graha, or if you are currently in its mahadasha or antardasha, the yantra is the standard upaaya. Combine with the bija mantra, a charity in the planet's name, and (for some grahas) fasting on the appropriate day.
