Refund window
30 days from delivery, for unused cards only. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Processing time
Once we receive your returned card and verify it is unused, refund is processed within 7 business days. Bank settlement may take an additional 3–5 days.
Return shipping
For India returns: we provide a reverse-pickup at no charge. For international returns: the buyer is responsible for return shipping; we recommend tracked post.
Non-refundable items
Energised or activated cards cannot be returned for ritual reasons. Custom or special-order yantras are non-refundable unless arrived damaged.
