Dispatched within 1–2 business days from our Pune studio via tracked courier. Transit: 3–5 business days metropolitan, 4–7 days remote. Free shipping over ₹999.
International shipping
We ship to 24 countries: India, US, UK, Canada, Australia, UAE, Singapore, Malaysia, Germany, France, Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Belgium, Switzerland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Ireland, New Zealand, South Africa, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait. Transit: 7–14 business days. Customs duties (if any) are the buyer's responsibility.
Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. You will receive the tracking number by email and SMS once we hand over to the courier.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days for unused (unactivated, unwrapped) cards. Energised and used cards cannot be returned for ritual reasons. Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned card.
Damaged or wrong item
Write to hello@bhagya.cards within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We will replace the card at our cost.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund up to the point of dispatch (typically 24 hours). After dispatch, the return policy applies.
