1. About these terms
These are the terms on which Bhagya Cards offers its products through bhagya.cards. By placing an order, you agree to them.
2. The product
Bhagya Cards are devotional Yantra cards. They are sold as spiritual and decorative objects. We do not make medical, financial, or guarantee-of-outcome claims for any product.
3. Ordering and payment
Orders are confirmed by email once payment clears. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (with full refund) — for example, in case of pricing errors or stock issues.
4. Shipping
We ship from Pune, India. Indian dispatch within 1–2 business days; transit 3–5 days. International transit 7–14 days. Customs duties (if any) are the buyer's responsibility.
5. Returns & refunds
Returns accepted within 30 days for unused (unactivated) cards. Energised and used cards cannot be returned. See Refund Policy.
6. Intellectual property
All site content (text, geometry diagrams, photographs, code) is © Bhagya Cards. You may share excerpts with attribution. Bulk republishing requires our written consent.
7. Limitation of liability
Our maximum liability for any claim is the amount you paid for the product in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune.
9. Changes
If these terms change, the new version will be dated at the top and applied to orders placed after that date.
